2. Target patients are selected based on their dental profile and treatment history.

3. Personalized letters are generated and sent to the patients’ address.

4. All patients’ communications are recorded and linked to the individual letters sent to them. You can listen to these calls through a secure website.

5. Additional revenues are booked and used to measure the effectiveness of the marketing campaign.

6. Reports about mailing are generated and sent to your office.
